Well... while I don't have a reg for you, I'm almost sure I know in which country you'll have to look.
The aircraft behind it has a Belgian ultra light registration and Belgian ULM's sometimes carry their reg on one side only, often on the rh-side...

However... I've searched the Belgian Register yesterday, but couldn't find a single aircraft of this model, so it might have been sold (or crashed) already...

but as for the reg... i´m absolutely clueless. maybe you might want to search through the dutch register and compare pics (if availale)?!

Thanks for your help guys - i'm sure it will pop up somewhere - its a shame that the resolution on my camera wasn't good enough to pickup the little c/n below the tail!
