This shows the last section of the upper deck facing to the rear of the aircraft. The seats in the C-5 are assigned in the opposite direction compared to Airliners, resulting in a very strange feeling when the plane accelarates and becomes airborne - while in flight the "feeling" of flying backwards is neglectable - I was told. Note the very basic comfort of the cabin compared to any modern Western style Airliner.
