G-AZRV c/n 28R-7135191. ex N2309T. [Canon EOS300D]. Dumped here following a crash at Compton Abbas on 31st December 2000 at 14:36 when the engine seized due to lack of oil. After gear retraction, the nose gear had pushed against an unapproved oil drain valve, causing the oil to be dumped overboard during the flight. The engine was factory-overhauled and had only 2 hours of running time on the Hobs. The pilot and his passenger sustained serious injuries.
