That´s for saving gas, the port prop is feathered and running idle because one engine is enough for taxi.

Feathering the props is part of the normal (taxi)checklist. With both props in the normal position, the Piaggio accelerates to an unacceptable taxi speed. This makes continuous braking neccesary with the risk of overheating the (carbon) brakes. Keeping one prop in feather gives a normal taxi speed. There is no fuel saving with the prop in feather (the turbine is running at the normal speed).
